As activity increases, people records may be duplicated.  One profile might have the person listed under their full name, while another might have them listed under a nickname. You can now clean up your database by using one of these methods to merge duplicate people records.

The Membership Dashboard provide a snapshot of current membership, and some membership trends over the past year and 5 year periods.

The Dashboard requires that Activities be used to manage and renew dues.  Membership activities are included in the chart if they are current (meaning the Start Date is in the past and the End Date is either in the future or blank)and are associated with an active org. Membership activities are included regardless of Paid status.

If you find that items are included in the report that shouldn't be included, select a Category from the upper right dropdown that includes only the items you want displayed on the chart. Read more about Item Categories.
