Changes Required to use GoMembers OnDemand

Updates Required by February 28, 2019

Aptean's recent sale of GoMembers to Avolin will force a few changes in the way you access GoMembers OnDemand. The URL domains you use to access the system are changing. You will need to change all references to our product domains before the end of February to continue using these GoMembers services.

A summary of the required changes is listed first, followed by more details about each change. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact us at gomemberssupport@avolin.com.

Summary of Changes

1) Logging In. The URLs used to access all GoMembers OnDemand features are changing from domains based on our previous owner's Aptean domain, to our new permanent gomembers.com domain.

2) Online "Connect" Features. The URLs your members and end-users use to access online Forms, Profile Manager, and Directories are changing to a new, permanent gomembers.com domain. This may require time and effort on your part to find and update all such links. Please read Section 2 carefully below.

3) Payment gateways. If you use PayPal or Authorize.net, the account settings require an update in order to continue processing payments.

4) Your website. Your website is fine as is, however, any links you have on your website to Connect features such as membership forms, event registration forms, online directories, profile manager require updates. This step could require substantial time. Note: This section ONLY applies to websites that aren't hosted by GoMembers. If GoMembers hosts your website, we will make the changes needed.

5) SPF records. If your DNS records include an SPF record referencing aptean.com, the SPF record must be updated. All changes must be complete by February 28. It is vital that all changes be complete by that date to avoid disruption of GoMembers services.
