Forms and Profile Manager have a facelift! On October 10, changes to all forms and profile manager pages were applied making them mobile friendly and responsive to changes in screen size.
If you see problems, such as a page that isn't rendering correctly on a certain platform, please try to snap a screenshot of the problem and let us know here.

- All pages reworked to be more mobile-friendly and responsive
- Changed menus to make responsive and flatter in appearance
- Changed credential labels to the modern terminology of Sign In & Sign Out (vs. Login & Logout)
- Replaced login panel with modern tabbed Sign In / Register page
- Updated forms "My Profile" page's Edit boxes for theme and responsiveness
- Forms Register Another page has streamlined navigation
- PM background gradient removed
- PM header and footer background made consistent with Forms
- PM standardized use of colors / shading, made consistent with Forms

Tips for the Info Page
The Info Page editor has a "Table" feature (the table icon within the editor) that allows one to create HTML tables (spreadsheet-like grids) on the Info Page. While this was a good tool to use in the past, these tables are not responsive and will not display nicely on smaller screens. Try to avoid using the table feature.
